And I want to bring this information to as many men as possible.

There are two broad groups of exercises involved in getting a larger penis (or the appearance of one):

They are 1) exercising your penis directly and 2) exercising  to lose body fat and improve your physical health generally.

Exercising Your Penis Directly

Here are two exercises to strengthen and enlarge your male organ:


This technique is recommended as an effective method to increase the length of your penis. It is performed while your penis is not erect, and should be repeated between 10 and 15 times to be effective. Grab your flaccid penis around the head and pull it slightly forward until your penis is stretched to its maximum comfortable limit. Hold this stretch for about 15 seconds before releasing the stretch. Shaking your penis vigorously after the stretch will help to relax the muscles.

You can also stretch your penis to the right and left during this exercise, which can help a curved penis.

An extension of this exercise in how to get a bigger dick is to hold the head of your penis, stretch it forward and then rotate your penis 10-15 times clockwise and then again ant-clockwise, all while maintaining the stretch.

Arab Jelqing

This technique is best performed when your penis is semi-erect, and begins by warming up your penis with a hot shower or bath. Place some lubricant like baby oil or coconut oil on both hands and rub it into your semi-erect penis. Encircle the penis with the thumb and forefinger of one hand, making sure the palm of your hand is facing the ground. Grip your penis firmly at the base with your thumb and forefinger in the shape of an OK sign. Squeeze gently and run your encircled fingers slowly down the length of your shaft until you reach the glans (head). When you reach the glans, start the technique using the other hand. Alternate using both hands and try to perform about 200 strokes daily, working slowly up to about 500 daily strokes.

Improving your health with regular exercise is an underrated but important component in how to get a bigger dick.

Not only will your increased confidence improve your performance but losing body fat will naturally make your penis look bigger. The last thing you want is for your male member to get lost in rolls of body fat.

Here are two exercises to improve your penile health.

Regular Cardio

Apart from improving erectile dysfunction, cardiovascular activities have other crucial benefits in the body. They include improving your self-image, improving sleep, improving your muscle tone and at the same time lowering your blood pressure.

Regular cardiovascular activities such as swimming, walking and cycling can help in improving energy levels.
